HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS
FIRST:
Decide how many times a month you would like to honor an employee. There are no limits and no extra cost for how many times a month you use our service. We encourage it! We will customize a plan that works for you.
SECOND:
We contact you with a text message containing a link to our website 5 days before the scheduled delivery date. Within the first 48 hours after being contacted, you choose the employee who had Gone the Extra Mile. Click the link on the text or our website to write a letter expressing why you appreciate them. Then click the link on the website that takes you to the gift page. Choose which gift you would like to give then proceed to the checkout and you will be ready to go. We have hundreds of really cool gifts to choose from ranging from $15 - $400.
THIRD:
Once we have received your email and you have purchased the gift of choice, we will start processing your order so it will be ready on your scheduled delivery date. The gift you chose will be wrapped and your letter will be printed and sealed in a G.E.M. envelope. We will hand deliver the gift and letter to your employee during business hours. It's that easy to celebrate performance!

Q: What is the cost for these services?
A: Its a flat $49 a plus $4.99 delivery fee.
Q: Am I locked into a contract once I start?
A: Absolutely not. You are only contracted on a month by month basis. If it's not working for you just send us an email and we will discontinue services the following month.
Q: Can I do next day unscheduled deliveries for employees I want to celebrate immediately?
A: Of course! We have a special set of gifts that can be delivered next day!
Q: Do you offer services for birthdays, milestones, or anniversary'?
A: YES! We love to celebrate those!!
Q: What if I'm not sure how to write a letter of appreciation to my employee?
A: Our website gives all kinds of tips about how to write a letter of appreciation.
Q: If I'm too busy to write my own letter, can you write it for me?
A: No, in order for authentic employee appreciation to take place, It's best to come from you. However, we are here to help if you get stuck.
Q: I don't know how to pick a gift for my my employee. Will you pick it for me?
A: YES! We can do the shopping for you: just tell us the amount you want to spend.
Q: What if my scheduled delivery date falls on a Saturday or Sunday?
A: G.E.M. will deliver Monday-Friday. If a schedule recognition falls on a weekend we will deliver the next business day. employee development team building
